Our team is small but mighty. Former agency owners, Alaina and Chris now find great joy in combining their breadth of experience to bring clients best-in-class brand and content strategy. With an extensive network of contractors, we can bring any vision to life.

Alaina Shearer

A natural story teller, content creator, and brand strategist, Alaina found her way to marketing in 2007. She founded a ground breaking and award-winning digital content agency in 2009. Today, she’s dedicated to applying her talents to growing purpose-driven brands.

In her 20 years of experience, she’s led brand and marketing projects for clients like Victoria’s Secret, Abercrombie & Fitch, Raising Cane’s and Abbott Labs.

Chris Vogel

HEAD OF CREATIVE

Chris Vogel is an award-winning brand strategist and designer with close to 20 years of industry experience. 

Before joining Good Now, Chris successfully ran Chris Vogel Design for 10 years, co-owned the design agency Dotvita in Dallas, Texas for 5 years, led the graphic design department at Winntech in Kansas City, and cut his teeth as a graphic designer at Oslund Design in Eugene, Oregon. 

Formally trained in Germany, Chris holds a Diplom Designer FH (the German equivalent to a master’s degree) from the MDH University of Applied Sciences in Berlin.
